Wedding Giveaway Rules and Entry Information

On July 19th, 2008, TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza will give away a wedding package at La Caille Restaurant to be valued at $100,000. Actual value may vary, depending on sponsorship participation. One unmarried and engaged couple will be awarded the prize. Prize giveaway rules, eligibility requirements and package giveaway details apply and are set forth in the following information.

1. The winning couple must be at least 18 years of age and allowed to legally marry in the state of Utah. The winning couple must also be officially engaged, but not currently married or in the process of divorce proceedings.

2. All entry information must be complete, legible and correct in order to be accepted. Only one entry per couple will be accepted.

3. Couple must be willing to agree to move their marriage and wedding events to a date designated by La Caille Restaurant and TheBrideandGroom.com. The marriage and events surrounding the marriage will take place sometime during the fall of 2008 or on a date agreed upon by the couple and their sponsors. In the event that the couple cannot move their date, the show organizers reserve the right to pick another couple.

4. Bride or Groom must be present at the La Caille wedding show on July 19th, 2008 in order to win the giveaway. No representative other than a member of the couple may claim the prize. If Bride and/or Groom are not present to claim their prize, another winner will be drawn.

5. Couple is not allowed to use any of their own vendors during the wedding day, unless approved in writing by TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza. Any approvals must not conflict with sponsorships previously arranged as part of the giveaway.

6. Couple must be willing to accept all sponsors as part of their planning and wedding day arrangements, in accordance with the designated plans and services of each individual sponsorship. Any additional fees related to additional services above and beyond those set forth in the sponsorship agreements, or those additionally ordered by the couple and not set forth in the sponsorship agreement, will be the financial responsibility of the couple.

7. Couple must have a valid United States passport and be legally and physically able to travel by any means necessary, to any honeymoon destination designated by a potential honeymoon sponsor. Couple is responsible for their own immunizations and passport fees.

8. Couple and the guests of the couple must be willing to sign photo and video release forms from each sponsor and accept no future compensation related to any use of their image, voice-recording or likeness.

9. Couple must be willing to appear on or in any television, radio, internet or printed promotion relative to the promotion of the show or the giveaway. Couple understands that all appearances and content generated by this give away, whether through TheBrideandGroom.com, The Bridal Extravaganza and any give away sponsors are of an exclusive nature. Couples are not permitted to sell or otherwise participate in any outside media coverage of the event without written consent.

10. Immediate family members or anyone living in current households (related or not) of anyone working for TheBrideandGroom.com, The Bridal Extravaganza, La Caille Restaurant or any giveaway sponsors are ineligible for this giveaway. Eligibility is at the discretion of TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza.

11. In addition, TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza reserve the right, but are not obligated, to disqualify or make ineligible the couple based on the appearance of impropriety due to a connection, whether business or work related, or due to a family or friend relationship.

12. Couple agrees to release TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza of any legal liability issues pertaining to the failure of a give away sponsor to perform services set forth in the give away. TheBrideandGroom.com and The Bridal Extravaganza assume no responsibility for the failure of any sponsor to perform their individual contributions to the give away.

13. Couples who cannot meet or agree to any of the above eligibility requirements shouldn’t apply.

14. All decisions concerning dates and eligibility are final, and are not subject to any form of appeal.
