Surefire Pizza provides a unique catering experience! We cook delicious hand made pizzas on the spot. Our imported Italian wood fired oven, mounted onto a custom built trailer, cooks pizzas in about 90 seconds at over 750°.

Our pizzas are produced and cooked the way it’s been done in Naples for generations. The pizza is fragrant, thin, and soft with a slightly crispy crust, and is made with the best imported & local ingredients.

We serve our pizzas anywhere along the Wasatch Front (Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden). Salad, desserts, gelato, and drinks can be added on too. To schedule your next party, wedding, business lunch, or event,  call 801-938-FIRE.
