In order to make the perfect meal, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill uses various food preparation techniques: over a 1,000 limes are squeezed a day, guacamole is made with hand-scooped avocados, cheese is hand-grated at the restaurant, and sauces and desserts are handmade with secret recipes daily. The specialized cooks at Cafe Rio undergo intensive training in order to make every meal a masterpiece. With no freezers or microwaves, the food is fresh and never processed. When it comes to meat, Cafe Rio only uses the best of the best; the beef is USDA Choice and the chicken and pork are deemed “Highest Quality.” Cafe Rio Mexican Grill catering uses the same high standards as the food prepared in each restaurant. Whether picking up the food for an outside block party, or delivering and serving it at a formal wedding, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill can accommodate any event.

·       Taco Fiesta Package – Includes 2 Tacos per person (Beef, Chicken, or Pork,) Handmade Tortillas, Chips and Salsa, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black or Pinto Beans, large family-sized Salad, and Creamy Tomatillo Dressing.

·       Enchilada Party Package – Includes 1 ½ Enchiladas per person (Beef, Chicken, or Pork,) Chips and Salsa, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black or Pinto Beans, Large Family-Sized Salad, and Creamy Tomatillo Dressing.

·       Elsa’s Chile Rellenos – Includes 1 Chile Relleno per person, Chips and Salsa, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black or Pinto Beans, Large Family-Sized Salad, and Creamy Tomatillo Dressing.

·       Yolanda’s Tamales – Includes 1 ½ Tamales per person (Beef, Chicken, or Pork,) Chips with Salsa and Pico de Gallo, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black or Pinto Beans, Large Family-Sized Salad, and Creamy Tomatillo Dressing.

·       Santa Fe Nacho Bar – Includes Shredded Chicken Breast, Sweet Pork Barbacoa, Black or Pinto Beans, Creamy Chili Con Queso, Chips, Guacamole and Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo and Salsa Fresca, and Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps.

·       Southwest Chicken Wraps – Includes 1 Chicken Wrap per person, Chips and Salsa, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Platter, Yogurt Dipping Sauce, and Old Fashioned Chantilly Cream.
